Visitor Policy


Sign in at the office. Do not go directly to the classroom upon entering the campus.
Request and complete a visitor's permit and obtain the principal/designee approval before proceeding to the classroom. (Be prepared to show identification)
If you intend to observe in your child's classroom, prior approval and notification will be required of both the teacher and administrator.
You must wear the yellow visitor's permit at all times on campus. This will create a safe school environment for our students.
Return the visitor's permit to the school office and sign out before leaving the campus.

Enter and leave the classroom as quietly as possible.
Do not converse with the students, teacher, and/or instructional aides during the visitation. This is not the appropriate time for conferencing with students or staff. If needed, you are welcome to make an appointment with the teacher.
Please do not interfere with any school activity during the visitations.

No es hora apropiada para converser con los estudentes o personal.
Si necesita usted es bienvenido para que haga una cita con el maestro.
Por favor no interfiera con ninguna actividad escolar durante la visita.
For Teachers

All visitors must sign-in. (Including LAUSD employees from another location)
If teachers have invited guest speakers for classroom presentations the administrator(s) must be notified in advance. Topics must be approved.
Make administrator(s) aware of teacher's family members (including boyfriends, girlfriends, children) visiting the school.
Visitors must sign out upon leaving the site.
